Solution focused training tools to enhance social inclusion |
Project’ s main goalSolution for Inclusion is an Erasmus plus funded project.
The main objective is to promote inclusion and integration of disadvantaged target groups (E.g. migrant, refugees and Neets) by improving the competences of the staff of organizations that support them by applying a Solution focused approach. The solution focused approach is effective, simple, and can be seen as a structure where virtually every goal, context and organization can be accommodated. The solution focused approach is the basis of a much more known term- Coaching. Social organizations do not always have access to high-quality learning opportunities in this field. With this initiative we will contribute to facilitate this access. |
Overall Activity description
1- Guidelines -The consortium created guidelines for social workers to be able to implement a Solution-focused approach in their professional practice;
2 – Training- We will offer free training to social workers on how to use techniques that support disadvantaged groups. This training will have a dual focus: it will help professionals internally, by promoting the development of teamwork; and externally, by increasing their effectiveness in helping their target groups.
3 – Workshops -Finally, the consortium will organize workshops on how to use and apply the Guidelines.
